This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser who purchases this product when new and unused from American Innovative Research Corp. (A.I.R.) or an authorized distributor. A.I.R. warrants that the ICON purchased hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser for a period of one year from date of purchase. If within such warranty period the ICON shall be proven to be defective, A.I.R. shall, at its option, repair or replace the ICON. This Limited Warranty remains in effect only if your A.I.R. warranty registration has been completed and returned to A.I.R. The foregoing shall be Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY A.I.R.. THE SOLE REMEDY FOR VIOLATIONS OF ANY WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT PURSUANT TO THE TERMS PROVIDED HEREIN. A.I.R. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, OR LIMITATION OF HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE.
